Stuffed Red and green pepper
1 red pepper
1 green paper
2 cherry tomato
* Cut in slice the zucchini, eggplant, cherry tomato and onion.
* In a saucepan, put 1 teaspoon of olive oil and the onion. Then put the vegetables cut, and bake it slowly til it makes a kind of stewed.
* Empty the red and green peppers. Keep the ‘hat’.
* Put the first mix in the two peppers and then bake it for 15 minutes in the oven, at 350°F.
