100 gr flour
25 gr margarine
1 cs baker's yeast
1 pinch of salt
* Mix the floor with the salt and the yeast. Add the margarine.
* Add the water, til the paste is ‘solid’ enough to be panned.
* Make little ‘ball’ with the paste and cook the bannock in oil, for a few minutes.
* Then drain it and put some ice sugar.
* Serve it warm.
