Strawberries/red wine jam:
200 gr of strawberries (fresh or canned)
20 gr of apple pectin
50 ml of red wine
Put the red wine and the strawberries in a sauce pan. Let it boil before adding the pectin, for 5 minutes..
Let it boil again 2 minutes, put your jam in a bowl, that you place in the fridge and then, wait an hour to eat it.
