Sandwich Bread (those who are sold in supermarket are vegan, contrary to home-made sandwich bread)
1 cs of Tomato sauce
1 cs of canned mushrooms
* Cook your potatoes in the oven for one hour, at 180°C.
* Remove the skin, and cut dice in the potatoes.
* Then, spread the tomato sauce on a slice of bread, put the potatoes dices in the bread, and add a few mushrooms.
* Put it in the oven, at 180°C, for 10 minutes.
