250 gr leeks
* Make a mashed potatoes.
* Boil the leeks (already cut) in a saucepan, for 20 minutes.
* When the leeks are ready, add them to the mashed potatoes but don't mash them. Put it in a gratin dish.
(- For a tasty gratin, you can add bechamel sauce.)
* Do exactly the same than for the apple crumble, and put it on the potatoe and leeks. (http://allveganveganforall.over-blog.com/apples-crumble)
* Bake it in the oven 350°F/180°C for 25 minutes.
